METHOD!
My teaching method is based on fundamental knowledge of child psychology and extensive personal experience.

GENERAL CONCEPTS.

Learning in any field is the most complex process of brain activity! Sports, in particular, present unique challenges. A person must not only understand the exercise or combination of movements but also physically perform it using their entire body. Unlike other sciences that can often be realized solely through the brain, athletes engage their whole body in the process. The body is an instrument that must be mastered perfectly. With over 40 years of martial arts experience and a background in yoga, I am equipped to speak on this matter. I firmly believe that everyone possesses talent, and my task is to recognize these abilities and develop them to the fullest.
BRIEFLY and SPECIFICALLY
My method is centered around eliciting positive reactions from individuals. The mood of the individual from the beginning to the end of the session should be positive. This emotional foundation allows for a more qualitative reinforcement of knowledge. It's worth noting that for the effective formation of new neural connections, only two extreme emotions work effectively: joy and fear, though fear is not a factor in our approach.

HOW DO I ACHIEVE THIS?

After assessing the student, I identify all their strengths and weaknesses. I tailor individual exercises to strengthen their strong points and avoid injuring their weak ones. As we progress, the individual finds joy in every movement, which contributes to their overall positive experience. By gradually introducing exercises beyond their initial abilities, both the mind and body naturally adapt, and weaknesses become strengths. This gradual shift towards progress ensures improvement while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the learning process.
As a thoughtful person, you might be puzzled by the question: "But what about those situations where one must overcome oneself, where effort must be exerted, where results are achieved through pain and sweat...?" Absolutely right!

That will indeed happen when a person matures and reaches that level consciously! Physically and morally prepared! When concrete is poured, it flows like water, but after a very short time, it becomes as strong as stone, like granite, and retains its strength for centuries!

In the method, there are two more secrets! The first secret is based on research conducted by scientists working with human attention. If a student loses focus, they immediately lose interest, and at that moment, the learning process, the perception of any information, stops. So how can interest be maintained throughout the lesson? Here's how!
By offering a certain exercise or action to my student, I delicately observe how they cope with the task and what mood they are in! It's a very delicate BALANCE between ensuring that the student completes a sufficient number of repetitions and that it is recorded in their mind, and they remember these movements, while still maintaining interest in what's happening!!

I'm not afraid to share such important pedagogical information because simply having knowledge of it doesn't solve the issue, and I'm not afraid of competitors in this regard, as feeling that point, that crucial moment, and maintaining balance requires vast experience.
Thus, all exercises throughout the session are performed with great enthusiasm, on an upswing! As for the next secret, I'll keep it to myself for now! It's exclusively my own development, which will be published, with God's help, in my monograph...
